  • POWERLIFTING CLUB

    Here youth will learn the fundamentals of squat, bench, and deadlift in a supportive, affirming environment. Lifters have the opportunity to train with a team, compete in local meets, and earn sponsorship to represent Get Bent Friends on the platform—building confidence, discipline, and community along the way.

  • OFF-SEASON FOOTBALL TRAINING

    This service is for high school and college athletes who are passionate about football. During the off-season, we offer specialized training programs to enhance skills, physical conditioning, and tactical knowledge in order to support athletic development.

  • STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    Helping young athletes and fitness enthusiasts enhance their physical strength, endurance, and overall performance through tailored workout programs and expert coaching. Empowering them to reach their athletic potential!

  • YOUTH CLASSES

    These classes cover a range of topics related to physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal development. The objective is to foster a positive and engaging environment where young individuals can learn and grow both physically and mentally.

  • INTERNSHIPS

    This opportunity allows youth to gain hands-on experience and explore potential career paths in fields related to fitness, such as personal training, sports coaching, or exercise science. It aims to provide practical exposure and open doors for future employment.

  • NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

    We provide guidance on meal planning, understanding essential nutrients, and recommendations for protein and supplement usage where necessary. The goal of this service is to provide youth with valuable resources regarding nutrition best practices.
